Since the beginning of COVID, Harrisburg University has implemented a flexible work from home policy. Do not anticipate showing up to campus and being able to speak to someone in person.


Graduate Student Services is available to answer your questions via the Student Support Portal Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-4:00 PM except for University holidays. The normal response time is within 24 business hours. We cannot guarantee that the phone lines will be monitored, so the best way to reach us is through here. If you have specific questions that cannot be answered via this Student Support Portal, please submit a ticket.  Our office is small but very efficient, and we appreciate your patience!
