Due to the continuing COVID pandemic, HU has decided that programs for all graduate students will be delivered in a virtual manner for the 2021 Late Summer semester (July 10, 2021 to October 15, 2021). No face-to-face sessions will be held and no student access to HU classrooms or facilities will be provided. Classes designated as "Executive Format" will still meet at the designated days and times on your schedule via Adobe Connect or Microsoft Teams. Attached to this article is the official announcement from HU leadership.
Important Information for International Students
Federal guidelines for international students studying in the US continue to allow for greater flexibility in how programs are delivered and managed. Under the continuing but temporary federal guidelines, students still need to be monitored (e.g., attendance taken and verified), show academic progress (through their work), and maintain their full-time course load. If you are an international student studying at HU, you will maintain your visa status and be allowed to remain in the US to study and work as long as you continue to attend and fully participate in classes online to include attending Executive Sessions online versus in person. Again, no face-to-face sessions will be held and no student access to HU classrooms or facilities will be provided for all students in the 2021 summer semester. I-20s will be delivered electronically to your HU email if needed.
Important Information for New Graduate Students
No face-to-face Orientation will be held for the Late Summer semester. Please check your HU email for an email from Graduate Student Services with instructions on how to complete the Orientation Course in Canvas and sign up for a Virtual Live Welcome Event
